一、工作內容：主要負責國科會專題研究計畫內各項研究工作，包括協助研究計畫執行、資料收集與分析及相關多感知教材設計開發及色彩通用學習系統建置，並支援研究相關之行政作業。

二、學歷要求：大學或研究所以上。

三、工作條件：

1. 1. 工作態度積極認真、個性細心、樂於學習、善於溝通、抗壓性高。
   2. 熟悉SPSS操作與相關統計分析撰寫。
   3. 熟悉Ai或Photoshop視覺圖像編輯。
   4. 具備3D列印或AI工具應用實務經驗者佳。
   5. 對學術研究工作有興趣者優先錄取。

四、工作地點：國立中興大學人文大樓

五、工作時間：星期一至星期五08：30~17：30

六、工作待遇：比照國立中興大學計畫專任助理薪資標準表（學士級35,200元起、碩士級40,200元起），享勞健保，並視專業技能酌予彈性加薪。（請參考本公告附件）

七、聘用時間：114年8月1日至115年7月31日，試用期三個月，並視表現決定是否予以續聘。

Full-time Research Assistant Recruitment

Position Opening:
The Bachelor’s Program in Digital Humanities and Creative Industries, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), is seeking one full-time research assistant for a project funded by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), under the supervision of Assistant Professor Hsin-Yi Chao.

Job Description:
The assistant will support various research tasks under the NSTC-funded project, including:

• Assistance in project execution and academic research
• Data collection, processing, and analysis
• Design and development of multisensory learning materials
• Construction of a color-inclusive learning system
• Administrative support related to research activities

Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Requirements:

1. Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
2. Proficiency in using SPSS for statistical analysis and reporting.
3. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for visual content editing.
4. Practical experience with 3D printing or AI tools is a preferred qualification.
5. Candidates with a strong interest in academic research will be given priority.

Work Location:
College of Liberal Art Building, National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30

Compensation:
Salary will follow the official pay scale for full-time research assistants at National Chung Hsing University (starting from NT$35,200 per month for bachelor's degree holders and NT$40,200 per month for master's degree holders). Labor and health insurance are included, and additional salary may be offered based on the candidate’s professional skills and experience.

Contract Duration:
From August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 (Trial period: three months. Contract renewal subject to performance evaluation.)
